Ready to create a FREE Sendvid account? Great!
Head on over to sendvid.com to get started. Enter your email address to get an invitation link which will be sent to your inbox. Once you get the invitation email, click the link or paste it into your browser. You'll have some options when creating an account on the signup page. You can signup with your email address and password (make sure to verify your account) or signup with one of the following: Facebook, Twitter or Google.
We encourage you to create a free account in order to use the file management tools, no payment details required nor accepted.
You may use our service anonymously & without creating an account if you wish, just please don't forget to copy and keep the deletion link you're provided upon uploading, it is required if you ever wish to delete the file in future.
Your videos will remain private unless shared.
Troubleshooting:
Video not Playing
Please make sure your browser is up to date and you do not have an ad blocker interfering with the page, if it's still not working, it may be a temporary issue with a network or server. We'll need some information to see what's going on. Please send us the following information to support[at]sendvid.com:
- Link to your video
- Name of the browser you're using
- Browser version
We'll do our best to resolve the issue ASAP!
Can't Upload a Video
If you're having trouble uploading a video, make sure you're uploading one of the following video formats: .avi, .mp4, .flv, .m4v, .mov, .wmv, .mpg or .mpeg. Also, make sure the size of the video doesn't exceed 90 minutes duration, or 3gb file size. If you still aren't able to upload your video, please send the following information to support[at]sendvid.com:
- Video format (.mp4, .avi, etc.)
- Video size
- Video duration
- Name of the browser you're using to upload
- Browser version

General:
Do videos expire?
Your videos may expire and be removed if they are inactive for 90 consecutive days. As long as they are viewed at least once in 90 days, your videos will remain.
What video formats are accepted?
Sendvid supports most popular video formats including: .avi, .mp4, .flv, .m4v, .mov, .wmv, .mpg, .mpeg and a few others that are not listed.
Are my videos private?
Yes, your videos are private and will never be shared with third parties or made public without your permission. Videos can only be public if you share or embed the video links.
Is my original video stored?
Only the processed mp4 video file is stored and not the original file.
