Eligibility
"Sendvid.com" Membership is void where prohibited. User must be 13 years of age or older to use or access this web site.

Acceptable Content
Sendvid.com does NOT allow obscene, illegal or objectionable content. Accounts and content that violate this will be removed without warning.

Member assumes all knowledge of applicable law and is responsible for compliance with any such laws. Termination of Services

Files uploaded to free accounts may be removed for inactivity at anytime. An email notification may be sent prior to removal.
Sendvid reserves the right to decide whether Content violates these Terms of Service for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, or excessive length. Sendvid may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove such Content and/or terminate a user's account for submitting such material in violation of these Terms of Service.

Sendvid.com utilizes the latest web technologies. The site requires the latest version of Flash and Javascript must be enabled. Please upgrade to the latest browser for best experience.

If you engage in any illegal activity we reserve the right to disclose any and all information deemed necessary to the appropriate authorities and/or the FBI and Interpol.
